Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made through the JollyGlow online store. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional information about orders and use of the store.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information when ordering. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Any applicable charges are displayed at checkout before you submit payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items.

Product information

Review the description, selected model, specifications, and included items before purchasing. Our current projector offering is the US-plug model. Lifestyle scenes are illustrative; actual projection patterns, brightness, and scale depend on the product, placement, room lighting, and surroundings. Follow the supplied setup and safety instructions. Our current offering is presented for indoor decorating.

Availability and errors

Availability may change. If a material pricing or product-information error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer a correction or cancellation with a refund of any payment collected. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Shipping

We currently serve United States addresses. Orders are fulfilled through our partner in China. Allow 1–3 business days for processing plus an estimated 7–14 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Our current shipping method requires a complete physical address and does not support PO boxes. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or address change. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins. Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day refund-request window, eligibility requirements, and how to request help for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or delayed items.

Responsible use

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or claims, or attempt unauthorized access. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or unlawful activity. Any payment collected for a canceled, unfulfilled order will be refunded.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Please do not send payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information by email or through the contact form.

Changes and consumer rights

We may update these terms for future purchases. Updates do not retroactively change the terms of an existing order or remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.
