US Shipping

JollyGlow currently offers free shipping to United States addresses for the Christmas Projection Light. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in China.

Processing and delivery
Allow 1–3 business days for processing and an estimated 7–14 business days in transit after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, seasonal demand, customs and address issues may extend delivery. Please order early for holiday events.

Delivery addresses
Provide a complete physical street address. Our current shipping method does not support US PO boxes.

Tracking
Tracking is available through the fulfillment partner. Once your order ships, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation.

Address changes
Contact us through the store contact form as soon as possible if your address needs to change. Changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch.
